After two canceled meetings and much anticipation from city residents, Reno city council members convened Wednesday, Oct. 22 in a crowded City Hall building for a special city council meeting.

Mayor Hector Bas prefaced the evening with a strict warning.

“Due to the last meeting that we had, we had a lot of outbursts and disrespect in that meeting and we are not going to tolerate this type of behavior, so I want to reiterate the rules on the penal code.”
