It was the most wonderful time of the “fear,” — at least, it was for the residents of Oak Harbor.
On Halloween night, Friday, Oct. 31, this neighborhood truly proved that when it comes to spooky season, they “ain’t afraid of no ghosts.”
As early as 5:30 p.m., trick-or-treaters were already going door-to-door, with homeowners having no problem starting a little early to hand out candy.
