The Parker County Appraisal District is accepting applications from Parker County residents interested in serving on the Appraisal Review Board for the 2026 tax year.
- About the ARB — The ARB is an independent panel of private citizens that hears and resolves property owner protests regarding appraised values and other tax matters. Members are not employees of the Parker County Appraisal District.
- Eligibility — Applicants must have lived in Parker County for at least two years, be current on all property taxes, and meet other qualifications listed in Texas Property Tax Code Section 6.412.
- Commitment; Pay — Service requires about 30 days between May and July; members are paid $200 per full day of attendance.
- How to Apply — Applications can be downloaded from the Parker County Appraisal District website at parkercad.org under the Downloads and Forms section.
