The Azle News is excited to announce the winners of its first-ever Halloween Newspaper Contest, which encouraged participants to pick up a bundle of newspapers and create a Halloween costume from the newspapers.
The first-place winner is Mathias, and the second-place winner is Camila. Mathias wins $100 and Camila’s prize is $50.
