Azle City Council members are now discussing the possibility of expanding Cross Timbers Golf Course — a move that is “par for the course” for these growth-minded city leaders.
As businesses continue to thrive at Cross Timbers — and with the popularity of golf showing no signs of slowing down — Azle officials are weighing the benefits of generating additional revenue by offering new amenities and updates to the course.
According to the Golf Course Master Plan Agreement, professional services will be provided to update the planning and design of the clubhouse, on-course restrooms and halfway house (rest stop) facilities.
