The Reading Rabbit ‘hops’ into holiday novella

Azle may be a small town, but this community’s kindness and spirit are now being felt by hundreds — even beyond the city limits.

In fact, that same small-town warmth greatly impacted writing BFFs Alison Hammer and Bradeigh Godfrey, who chose to incorporate Azle into their holiday novella, “Merry Little Bookshop,” after their unforgettable visit to The Reading Rabbit Bookshop this past summer.

Hammer and Godfrey — who write under the pen name Ali Brady — said they visited The Reading Rabbit in August as part of their book tour for their fourth novel, “Battle of the Bookstores.”
