Sleigh-ing the competition

Sleigh bells are ringing and the tinsel is twinkling in honor of the various organizations and businesses who jingled all the way to victory in the Azle Area Chamber of Commerce’s Christmas on Main Street competitions.

Even after the last parade float passed and the sounds of holiday cheer slowly faded off into the night Dec. 6, many were still left celebrating the joyous season — and each other’s creativity.

As part of the annual celebration, the chamber crowns the winners of the Christmas on Main Street lighted parade and business decorating contests to celebrate the creativity and community involvement that continue to make Azle’s small-town traditions shine.
