District MVP Grayson Smith dominated the All-District team.

Azle Christian’s remarkable 2025 football season — one that ended in a TAPPS state semifinal appearance — has been further validated with a wave of All-District selections announced by head coach Chad Geeslin.

Leading the postseason honors was junior standout Grayson Smith, who earned District MVP after a season that cemented him as one of the top two-way players in the state. Smith was also voted first-team All-Utility Back and first-team All-District Linebacker. His statistics were staggering: 1,084 rushing yards on just 66 carries, 51 receptions for 1,285 yards, 145 tackles, nine interceptions and 44 total touchdowns.

Senior lineman Preston Dixon was honored with a first-team selection on the offensive line and a second-team nod at linebacker.
