Azle High School junior wrestler Noah Kovach reached a milestone most athletes only dream about, her 100th career victory, and she’s nowhere near finished.
On Wednesday, Dec. 17, Kovach, who currently holds the No. 1 state ranking in Texas in the 105-pound weight class and sits 11th nationally, continues to build one of the most impressive resumes in Azle wrestling history. Her 100th win was in front of the home crowd.
“Today is my birthday, I turned 17, and I had the opportunity to get my 100th win on my birthday which is pretty cool,” Kovach said.
