Two Azle High School students — Drake Chavez and Addison Dorris — were recognized by the Azle Optimist Club during a regular meeting Dec. 12.

DRAKE CHAVEZ

Drake Chavez, the son of Francisco and Susan Chavez, is exploring several colleges, including Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University, Tarleton State University and Florida A&M University. Although he has not yet decided on a specific career path, he is considering fields such as agricultural policy, agricultural law or floral design.
