The Azle Police Department reported the following felony and DWI arrests during the period from Dec. 14-28, 2025.
- Carol Key, 75, was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated. She posted a $750 bond Dec. 15 and was released from the Tarrant County Corrections Center. According to the Texas Penal Code, driving while intoxicated is a Class B Misdemeanor punishable by up to 180 days in jail and/or a fine up to $2,000.
- Shanda Daniels, 35, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with forgery of a financial instrument. She posted a $10,000 bond Dec. 22 and was released from the Parker County jail. According to the Texas Penal Code, forgery financial instrument is a third degree-felony punishable by up to 10 years in jail and/or a fine up to $10,000, varies depending on the instrument and value.
- Jimmy Robinson, 38, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with forgery of a financial instrument as well as a charge of criminal trespass. He posted a $10,000 bond for the forgery charge but remained in jail as of Jan. 4 in lieu of $3,005 bond for the criminal trespass charge. According to the Texas Penal Code, forgery financial instrument is a third degree-felony punishable by up to 10 years in jail and/or a fine up to $10,000, varies depending on the instrument and value. A criminal trespass is a Class A Misdemeanor and punishable by up to one year in county jail and/or a fine up to $4,000.
- Feliciano Amaya, 49, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with forgery of a financial instrument and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 or 1B in an amount less than one gram. Amaya posted a $10,000 bond for each of the charges and was released from the Parker County jail Dec. 19. According to the Texas Penal Code, forgery financial instrument is a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in jail and/or a fine up to $10,000, varies depending on the instrument and value. Possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 or 1B in an amount less than one gram is a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and/or a fine up to $10,000.
- Eric Rosales, 45, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. He posted a $7,500 bond and was released from the Parker County jail Dec. 29. According to the Texas Penal Code, theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions is a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and/or a fine up to $10,000.
- Amanda Smith, 32, was arrested Dec. 19 and charged with three counts of abandoning/endangering child, intentionally/knowingly/recklessly/criminally negligent. Bond was set for $10,000 for each charge and she remained in custody at the Tarrant County Corrections Center as of Jan. 4. According to the Texas Penal Code, abandoning/endangering child, intentionally/knowingly/recklessly/criminally negligent is a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and/or a fine up to $10,000.
- Christopher Willingham, 38, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He posted a $15,000 bond Dec. 26 and was released from the Tarrant County Corrections Center. According to the Texas Penal Code, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is a second-degree felony punishable by two to 20 years in jail and/or a fine up to $10,000 but fines escalate due to the severity of the charge and the defendant’s criminal history.
- Larry Loving, 61, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with two counts of theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Loving posted bond in an unknown amount and was released from the. Tarrant County Corrections Center. According to the Texas Penal Code, theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions is a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and/or a fine up to $10,000.
- Robert Mayville, 53, was arrested Dec. 21 and charged with unauthorized use of vehicle. He posted a $10,000 bond Dec. 31 and was released from the Tarrant County Corrections Center. According to the Texas Penal Code, unauthorized use of a vehicle is a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to 2 years in a state jail facility and/or a fine up to $10,000.
