The following individuals were arrested and charged with felony offenses or with driving while intoxicated in Parker County from Jan. 5-15.
- Joshua Dobyns, 42, was arrested Jan. 5 by Springtown police and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He posted a $20,000 bond and was released from jail Jan. 8.
- Jack Wayne Hargis, 61, was arrested Jan. 5 by Parker County Sheriff's deputies and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1B between 1 and 4 grams. Hargis remained in custody Jan. 19 in lieu of $50,000 bond.
- Hubert Wayne Gee Jr., 64, was arrested Jan. 15 by Parker County Sheriff's deputies and charged with terroristic threat against a police officer/judge. Gee was also the subject of a warrant for injury to a child, elderly or disabled person with intent to commit bodily injury. Gee remained in the Parker County Jail Jan. 19 in lieu of $10,000 bond for the terroristic threat charge and an additional $50,000 bond for the injury charge.
