Azle PD Arrests

The Azle Police Department reported the following felony and DWI arrests during the period from Dec. 29-Jan. 11.

• Alexander Cruz Morales was arrested Dec. 30 in the 1000 block of Stribling Drive and charged with driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container. He posted a $500 bond Jan. 1 and was released from jail.
• Thomas Maxwell was arrested Jan. 3 in the 7900 block of Wallace Road and charged with driving while intoxicated, third or more. Bond was set at $35,000, and Maxwell remained in custody at the Tarrant County Green Bay Facility as of Jan. 16.
• Clay Colley was arrested Jan. 4 in the 1500 block of Boyd Road and charged with driving while intoxicated. He posted a $1,000 bond Jan. 4 and was released from jail.
• Michael Morrow was arrested Jan. 9 at 1515 Southeast Parkway and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams. He was also charged with theft of property valued at $100 or more but less than $750. The bond was set for $6,000 for the possession of a controlled substance charge and $3,000 for theft of property charge. He remained in custody at the Tarrant County Corrections Center as of Jan. 16.
