After more than 10 years of using the same online billing system, the city of Azle is launching an upgrade — 2026 style.
According to a social media announcement posted Jan. 29, the city has partnered with web-based, electronic billing and payment company InvoiceCloud to provide enhanced online billing and payment services for Azle’s water customers.
“This has been in the works for probably a good couple of years,” Utility Billing Manager Amber Watson told The Azle News. “We went through multiple systems to see which one would be more efficient and have more payment options for customers, and the one that we ended up going with was InvoiceCloud.”
