Azle’s food truck park may have been served a dish of various obstacles and challenges in 2025, but this year’s plans are chock full of ideas and a new recipe for success.

Amanda Scott, special events coordinator for The FeedLot, gave a special recap presentation to Azle City Council members Feb. 3, where she described 2025 as the “big year of change” for the food truck park.

Throughout last year, The FeedLot, located at 225 Church St., saw several improvements and enhancements, including the construction of a new covered pavilion for long-term weather protection, the installation of large industrial fans to keep guests cool during warm weather and a new walking path connecting Church Street to The FeedLot grounds. Additional upgrades also included new electrical infrastructure, the restriping of angled parking spaces along Church Street and the installation of decorative planters throughout the venue.
