Church soup kitchen open Thursdays
Azle Christian Church welcomes everyone to its community soup kitchen every Thursday. The church is located at 117 Church St. in Azle.
Church members will serve soup from 5-7 p.m., or until the soup runs out. Come enjoy a free hot meal simply because you are loved.
Western music bingo set Feb. 17
The Azle Lions Club presents its Country and Western Ladies Music Bingo Tuesday, Feb. 17 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the One Azle Building located at 412 Commerce St. in Azle.
Enjoy an evening of music bingo, snacks, beverages and prizes for $40 with proceeds going for back-to-school supplies to fill more than 200 backpacks donated annually to Azle ISD students who may not have access to school supplies.

Chamber awards banquet set Feb. 19
The Azle Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 64th annual awards banquet from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19 at Wild Wonder, located at 3605 E. Highway 199 in Springtown.
Attendees are asked to reserve their seat or table by purchasing no later than Feb. 5, 2026 at azlechamber.com. Seating is limited and tickets will not be sold at the door.
Enjoy stretch/bath relaxation Feb. 20
EliteOrtho Bodyworks will host a sound healing yoga journey Friday, Feb. 20 from 6-7 p.m.
Classes, led by Karissa Jackson, are free but small donations will be accepted, with all proceeds benefiting the nonprofit organization Reclaim Wellness Trauma-Focused Care.

Girls’ night church bingo set Feb. 21
River of Grace Fellowship welcomes you to a girls’ night out for its Women of Grace Bingo Night Fundraiser Saturday, Feb. 21 at 5 p.m. The event will be at 2014 Greg St., Suite 110, in Azle.

Enjoy Ties and Tiaras Dance Feb. 21
Everyone is welcome to dance, celebrate and create memories at the Ties and Tiaras Family Dance at Azle High School. The dance is hosted by the Azle Marching Green Pride Band Boosters Saturday, Feb. 21 from 6-8 p.m.
The dance will feature a DJ, food, dancing, photo booths, treasure shop and a visit from Sally’s Sweets. Admission for $20 per couple comes with pizza and one drink per person.

Health, safety seminar arrives Feb. 21
Silver Creek Methodist Church will host a free health seminar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a blood drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21. The church is located at 2200 Church Road, south of Azle.
Health seminar topics will include cardiovascular health, fall prevention, first aid, hands-only CPR, Stop the Bleed and advanced care planning.

A prom night decades in the making arrives in Azle Thursday, Feb. 26, bringing seniors from across Parker and Tarrant counties together under one roof for the Forever Young Senior Prom. Seniors from across the area will relive their most magical high school experience at Legacy Oaks of Azle, 1364 Southeast Parkway in Azle, from 2-4 p.m.

Annual NatureCon arrives March 28
The Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge invites you to come enjoy a day full of exploration, learning and fun at its annual NatureCon festival Saturday, March 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the nature center located at 9601 Fossil Ridge Road in Fort Worth.
The event will feature hayrides, arts and crafts, music, food trucks, paddling and much more. A discovery trail will be set up throughout, making way for little explorers. Guest speakers will be on site to talk about native plants and answer questions from young, curious minds.
