For many with disabilities, life is a revolving door of “NOs” — but for one special event every year, it’s all about the word “YES.”

On Friday evening Feb. 13, teens and adults from all over the area donned their fanciest outfits and headed toward the First Methodist Church of Azle for the fourth annual Night to Shine event.

Created in 2014 by the Tim Tebow Foundation, Night to Shine is a worldwide celebration event that gives those with disabilities the chance to enjoy prom — an event they may not otherwise get to experience.
