After reeling from the loss of two integral city figures the past couple of months, Pelican Bay has now appointed replacements for both roles — city marshal and municipal court judge.

Pelican Bay’s new city marshal James Lacker was officially introduced to city staff Feb. 10, who warmly welcomed him aboard during the city council meeting.
