The Azle Senior Activity Center is coming in hot with a new vision for 2026 — proving the facility is “more than just a senior center.”

At the heart of that vision is Amanda Scott, the center’s special events and activities coordinator, who shared the facility’s latest updates and plans during the Feb. 12 Rotary Club of Azle meeting.

“Anytime I have the opportunity to talk about seniors, I’m just like, ‘Yes, I’ll do it,’ because it’s definitely a passion of mine,” she said. “I love seniors and helping them, and just staying engaged in activities and staying social; it’s super important.”
