It’s here — that time each spring when we set all clocks forward one hour to begin Daylight Saving Time.
Most smart phones and watches will automatically update but be sure to set your wall clocks and those on your appliances, alarm clocks and vehicles ahead by one hour before you go to bed Saturday night or you’ll be late for church Sunday.
The hour of sleep you lose this weekend will be regained next fall when clocks are returned to Standard Time.
