The Azle Police Department’s Patrol Operations Division has continued to take the fight to the bad guys, utilizing proactive enforcement to interfere with crime and educate the residents of Azle.

From locating an elderly couple to rescuing a malnourished dog named Bella, Azle’s police and animal control divisions put the “serve” in service in 2025.

At the Azle City Council meeting Feb. 17, Chief of Police Ben Hall gave an annual report on the two agencies’ statistics from last year, using data from patrol operations, dispatch, traffic accidents, crime and the Azle Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division.
