- Michael William Fischer, 48, of Weatherford, was arrested Wednesday, April 1 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container. Fischer was also charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon and for resisting arrest/search. As of Monday, April 6, Fischer is held at the Parker County jail in lieu of $2,000 bond for the DWI charge, $2,500 for the weapon charge and $3,000 for the resisting charge.
- Jose Gonzales, 31, of Springtown, was arrested Wednesday, April 1 by Springtown police and charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container. He is currently being held at an ICE detention facility.
- Heather Amy Harvell, 40, of Weatherford, was arrested Wednesday, April 1 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 or 1-B, less than 1 gram. Her bond is set at $7,500 and she remained in the Parker County jail Monday, April 6.
- Jacob Thomas Smith, 41, of Azle, was arrested Wednesday, April 1 by Texas Department of Public Safety troopers and charged with driving while intoxicated. Smith posted $3,000 bond and was released from the Parker County jail the following day.
- Clinton Waylon Ratliff, 53, of Azle, was arrested Wednesday, April 1 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies on a motion to revoke status for driving without a license with a previous conviction for the same offense; he was also charged with evading arrest. On Monday, April 6, Ratliff was held in the Parker County jail with no bond on the motion to revoke, and bond was set at $2,500 for the evading charge.
- Frank Brackney Pechacek, 59, of Weatherford, was arrested Monday, March 30 by Weatherford police for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram. He posted $10,000 bond and was released from the Parker County jail Saturday, April 4.
- Christopher Dean Self, 44, of Springtown, was arrested Monday, March 30 by DPS troopers for a parole violation; he was also wanted by Fort Worth police related to a charge of aggravated assault, causing serious bodily injury to a police officer. His bond is set at $7,500 for the assault charge, but he remained held in the Parker County jail without bond as of Monday, April 6 for the parole violation.
- Candice Marie Lockheart, 31, of Springtown, was arrested March 28 by Springtown police and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram. Lockheart remained in the Parker County jail Monday, April 6 in lieu of $7,500 bond.
- Mason Jeremy Proffitt, 52, of Springtown, was arrested Monday, March 27 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with fraudulent possession of items from an elderly individual and with financial elderly abuse more than $2,500 but less than $30,000. He was also off bond for a prior charge of theft of property. Proffitt’s bond was set at $20,005 for the theft warrant and $50,000 for each of the two crimes against elderly. He remained in the Parker County jail Monday, April 6.
