It’s that one piece of mail many don’t look forward to: the Notice of Appraised Value.
But take heart. Although the Parker County Appraisal District has mailed the 2026 Notices of Appraised Value, some won’t receive one this year.
Because 2026 is not a reappraisal year, fewer notices were sent and not all property owners received one. PCAD conducts countywide reappraisals in odd-numbered years, with the most recent occurring last year.
