The following individuals were arrested and charged with felony offenses between April 26 and May 11.
- Kimberly Deon Fuller, 48, of Springtown was arrested Saturday, April 25 by Parker County Sheriff's deputies and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B, 1-4 grams. Fuller posted $10,000 bond and was released the following day.
- Toby Theodore Houchin, 47, of Azle was arrested Friday, April 24 by Parker County Sheriff's deputies and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, 4-400 grams; possession of marijuana, 2-4 ounces drug free zone; and unlawful carrying of a weapon. Houchin posted a total of $35,000 bond: $20,000 for the possession charge, $10,000 for the marijuana charge, and $5,000 for the weapon charge and was released from the Parker County jail the following day.
- Barry Dwight Jackson, 52, of Azle was arrested Friday, April 24 arrested by Parker County Sherrif’s deputies and charged with continuous violence against the family and with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram. Jackson’s bond was set at $60,000 for the family violence charge and $10,000 for the possession charge; however, he remains in custody in the Parker County jail as Monday, May 11 where he is also held for a parole violation.
