The city of Pelican Bay officially swore in returning city officials during a recent city council meeting Tuesday, May 12 following the recent general election May 2.

There were a total of 488 ballots cast for mayor and city council for another two-year term.

Mayor Tamra Olague was reelected to serve as mayor with a total of 141 votes against Adam Gashi, who received a total of 36 votes.
