PARKER COUNTY ARRESTS

Staff Report

The following individuals were arrested and charged with felony offenses between May 13 – May 25. 

  • Brielly Gavin-Garza Bishop, 19, was arrested Monday, May 25 by Weatherford police and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram. Bishop posted $10,000 bond and was released the following day.
  • Felicia Lynn Holder, 58, was arrested Friday, May 22 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with causing bodily injury to a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual with intent and for interfering with an emergency request for assistance. Holder posted $7,500 for the bodily injury charge and $2,500 for the interference charge. She was released the following day.
  • Cayden Dakota Orona, 17, was arrested Thursday, May 21 by Parker County Sheriff's deputies and charged with theft of a firearm and with making a terroristic threat against a family or household member. His bond was set at $15,000 for the firearm charge and $5,000 for the terroristic threat charge. He currently remains at the Parker County jail as of Monday, June 1.
  • Keegan Bryan Woolsey, 18, of Springtown was arrested Thursday, May 21 by Springtown police and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram. Woolsey posted $7,500 bond and was released the following day.
  • Shawn Vincent Nelson, 46, of Springtown was arrested Sunday, May 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated. He posted $2,000 bond and was released the same day.
  • John Derek Kemp, 43, of Azle was arrested Sunday, May 17 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with evading arrest with a vehicle. Kemp posted $20,000 bond and was released the following day.
  • Edwin Aguilera-Espinal, 30, of Springtown was arrested Sunday, May 17 by Department of Public Safety troopers and charged with driving while intoxicated and with possession of marijuana, 2 ounces or less. Espinal’s bond is set at $1,500 for the possession charge, $1,500 for the DWI charge and $3,000 for the resisting charge. He was held at an ICE detention facility as of Monday, June 1.
  • Aleeta Michelle Jessup, 41, of Springtown was arrested Wednesday, May 13 by Springtown police and charged with driving while intoxicated with a passenger under 15 years of age. She posted $5,000 bond and was released the following day.
