Project Graduation ’26 returns to AHS for big night
A drug- and alcohol-free was staged at Azle High School the night of graduation, May 22, for graduating seniors. Project Graduation 2026 fundraised for four years in order to provide a safe environment where graduates could celebrate.

Project Graduation 2026, a local nonprofit that provides a drug- and alcohol-free celebration for graduating Azle High School seniors following commencement exercises, returned to AHS this year after it occurred at venues in Fort Worth for many years.

“We love that we were able to bring the event back to the school campus!” said PG26 President Jessie King. “Some of the PG26 board members experienced this years ago as Azle graduates and were excited to bring it back.”

The idea was a hit.
