Reno council hears update on infrastructure efforts

Reno City Council received updates Monday, June 8 about several infrastructure and public safety efforts led by council member Darrin Talley.

During council comments, Talley reported progress on discussions with county officials regarding infrastructure needs and long-term planning.

Talley said he has scheduled a meeting with Parker County officials to explore guidance and potential assistance for future infrastructure projects and is working to establish a water commission board to assist with fee impact studies, capital improvement planning and potential grant opportunities.
