Azle PD Arrests

The Azle Police Department reported the following felony arrests and DWI arrests between May 31 and June 20.

  • Katherine Russell, 27, was arrested June 1 in the 400 block of Wells Burnett Road and charged with driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old. She posted a $1,500 bond June 3 and was released from jail.
  • Christopher Phillips, 27, was arrested June 6 in the 800 block of Park Street and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration of greater than 0.15. He posted a $500 bond the following day and was released from jail. 
  • Eric Hagemier, 48, was arrested June 11 in the 600 block of Southeast Parkway and charged with driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container. He posted a $1,000 bond the same day and was released from jail.
  • Blake Dickens, 33, was arrested June 13 in the 500 block of West Main Street and charged with fail to comply sex offender duty to register annually/life. He posted a $10,000 bond and was released from jail the following day. 
  • Brady Brooks, 29, was arrested June 19 in the 1200 block of Southeast Parkway and charged with assault on family/household member impeding breathing/circulation and continuous violence against the family. He posted a $7,500 bond for each charge June 21 and was released from jail. 
  • William Harmon, 38, was arrested June 14 in the 500 block of North Stewart Street and charged with two counts of aggravated assault against a public servant. A $15,000 bond was posted for each charge, and he remained in jail as of June 28.
