Ashley Terry joined The Azle News and Springtown Epigraph in September 2025 after several years at the Hood County News. She said she was ready for a new challenge and an opportunity to broaden her experience in community journalism.
"I just wanted a change of pace, something with a little more variety. I was looking for something a little different, to get some more experience somewhere else," Terry said.
Today, Terry covers the city of Azle, Azle ISD and a variety of community news stories for the newspapers.
