$1.2B in sales tax revenue sent to local governments in July

Cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose districts will receive $1.2 billion in local sales tax allocations in July, an increase of 5.6% more than they received in July 2025.

The allocations are based on sales made in May by businesses that report tax monthly.
