The Azle Christian School Fighting Crusaders continued preparations for the 2026 football season with a home scrimmage against Harvest Academy Thursday, Aug. 20.
Head football coach Chad Geeslin came away encouraged by the progress he saw from his team as the Fighting Crusaders moved closer to their regular-season opener.
“I thought we played really well,” Geeslin said. “Both sides of the ball improved this week from last week’s scrimmage, which is what I like to see.”
