“I would have to say history.”
What is your favorite sport?
“My favorite is volleyball, but I also run track, I powerlift, and I’m a cheerleader.”
Do you have a shout out for anyone?
“Yes, shout out to my friend Finley Hard because she’s so supportive.”
How long have you been playing volleyball?
“Since I was about 6 years old.”
Do you have a pregame ritual or superstition that you must do before a game?
“Most of the time, I wear my headphones and listen to this one song from Mulan. Oh, it gets me really hyped.”
What advice would you give younger athletes?
“Your hard work, you get good things out of it. It eventually pays off.”

“Michael.”
What has sports taught you about life?
“Sports has taught me to expect the unexpected, like you could always think something’s going to happen and it could get taken away just like that.”
What does life after high school look like?
“I want to go to UT Austin and become a dental hygienist.”
