Give to The Vine through Sept. 17
As part of North Texas Giving Day, Azle’s The Vine Project will participate in the annual fundraising event, with donations accepted through Sept. 17.
The Vine Project is a local nonprofit organization that provides practical life skills, mental health support and resources for individuals aged 16 to 24 who face housing instability or difficult life transitions.

Church hosts 40 days of prayer, revival
GracePointe Church, 4110 E. Highway 199, is hosting 40 days of prayer that will culminate in a revival.
Participants are invited to start their mornings seeking God in prayer from home at 6:30 a.m. each day through Sept. 23. As the 40 days of prayer draw to a close, the church will hold revival services at 6 p.m. Sept. 20-23.

Sting Fling arrives Sept. 12
One of Azle’s hallmark events, the Sting Fling Festival, is slated for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 on Azle’s Main Street, Central Park and at 404 Main Place.
Sting Fling is a one-day festival that features affordable, wholesome family entertainment. Don’t miss a host of vendors, festival food and the ever-popular Wiener Dog Derby.

Dementia Live seminar set for Sept. 17
Azle Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation will host an immersive experience called Dementia Live from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Sept. 17, at 721 Dunaway Lane.
Open to the public, this event will simulate life with dementia, helping attendees develop empathy, improve communication and strengthen caregiving skills.
Employees, residents, family members, guests and anyone who would like to learn more are encouraged to come when they can during the time listed above.
Azle Manor Bingo Night arrives Sept. 17
Azle Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation invites the community to attend its second annual Bingo Night from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at 721 Dunaway Lane.
The event will feature great prizes, food, a dirty soda bar and music. Azle Manor employees are also asking vendors, local businesses and community members to support the fun by donating a basket of goodies.

Azle FCCLA Craft Fair returns Oct. 3
Azle High School Family, Career and Community Leaders of America will host its fourth annual Craft Fair Fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 3, at Azle High School. The event will feature vendor booths throughout the cafeteria, gyms and Hall of Fame Commons, along with food trucks outside the stadium.

Servolution Blitz returns Oct. 9-10
Servolution Network will return Oct. 9-10 for its 20th Fall Blitz, with a goal of revitalizing more than 20 homes for neighbors in need.
Projects will range from major home repairs to simple yard cleanup, and no experience is required to volunteer.
Volunteers will meet at 8 a.m. both days at the Servolution Network Dream Center, 1803 S. Stewart St., before heading to their respective homes.
Azle Manor hosts blood drive Oct. 13
In partnership with Carter BloodCare, Azle Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation will host a blood drive from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 721 Dunaway Lane.

Christmas on Main Street arrives Dec. 5
The Azle Area Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Christmas on Main Street Dec. 5.
Come shop with vendors at the Christmas market, enjoy free children's activities inside 404 Main Place, and check out the Azle Lions Club car show.
After the festival, get ready for the tree lightings at City Hall and the Azle Historical Museum, followed by a lighted parade on Main Street.
