Gene Wilson hasn’t quite reached 90 years old yet, but he’s already experienced enough for about three lifetimes.
From playing professional baseball to helping develop the Apollo Lunar Module at NASA, Wilson’s life has been anything but ordinary from the very beginning.
The 89-year-old was born a twin and grew up in the small town of Frostburg, Maryland, with eight brothers and two sisters. With so many children in the mix, Wilson joked that he and his brother were so identical, his father couldn’t even tell them apart.
