The Lady Hornets fought back after a difficult opening set Sept. 1, but Weatherford regained control and left Azle with a four-set victory.

Weatherford defeated Azle 25-11, 22-25, 25-19 and 25-15 at Azle High School.

The Lady Roos jumped out quickly in the opening set, taking control early and finishing off a 25-11 victory.
