Azle cross-country turned in several top finishes Friday, Sept. 4, at the Burleson Elk Run at Chisenhall Park.

The Lady Hornets finished fourth overall in the varsity girls elite 5,000-meter race, led by Jazmin Neri’s runner-up finish.

Neri crossed the finish line second, while Samantha Bevan added a fifth-place finish to help Azle place fourth in the team standings.
