Azle tennis rolls past Saginaw, 16-3

The Azle tennis team picked up a big district win Tuesday, Sept. 8 at home against Saginaw, winning 16-3.

The victory moved the Hornets to 2-1 in district play and gave Azle some momentum as the team tennis season moves deeper into the district schedule.

The win was an important one for the Hornets as the district race begins to take shape. With several key matches still ahead, every opportunity to add another district victory becomes more valuable.
