It was a program sweep for Azle volleyball Friday, Sept. 18, when the varsity, junior varsity and freshman teams all came away with victories over district rival Saginaw in front of the home crowd.
The night also served as Youth Night at the Azle High School gym. The Lady Hornets welcomed Azle youth volleyball players to the match, where the youngsters participated in pregame activities and were recognized before the varsity contest.
The varsity Lady Hornets needed all five sets to finish the sweep.
