Azle varsity tennis celebrated Senior Night Tuesday, Sept. 22, when the Hornets hosted district rival Eagle Mountain.

The Knights edged Azle 10-9 in a close district team tennis match, but the Hornets still had plenty to celebrate as they recognized their seniors in the class of 2027.

Azle had already secured a spot in the UIL playoffs before facing Eagle Mountain. The Hornets clinched their postseason berth with an 11-8 district victory over Fossil Ridge.
