The Azle Police Department reported the following felony and DWI arrests between Aug. 23 and Sept. 19.
- Daderick Mosher, 27, was arrested Aug. 28 in the 100 block of E. Highway 199 and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram. He posted a $1,500 bond and was released from jail the following day.
- Neil Livingston, 34, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 100 block of S. Stewart Street and charged with driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age. He posted a $2,500 bond and was released from jail the same day.
- Irvin Garcia, 27, was arrested Sept. 9 in the 100 block of E. Highway 199 and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram. He posted a $1,500 bond and was released from jail the same day.
- Jerry Phariss, 40, was arrested Sept. 13 in the 200 block of E. Highway 199 and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram. He posted a $1,500 bond and was released from jail the following day.
