Azle PD Arrests

The Azle Police Department reported the following felony and DWI arrests between Sept. 20 and Oct. 10.

• David Doungdara, 52, was arrested Sept. 21 in the 12100 block of E. Highway 199 and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams. A $5,000 bond was set, and he remained in jail as of Oct. 19.
• Brian Goates, 47, was arrested Sept. 21 in the 100 block of W. Main Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense. He posted a $750 bond and was released from jail the following day.
• Joshua Tinney, 30, was arrested Sept. 22 in the 200 block of Speer Street and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram. He posted a $10,000 bond for each charge and was released from jail the following day.
• Justin Eymann, 35, was arrested Sept. 22 in the 600 block of Madeline Court and charged with assault of a family or household member by impeding breathing or circulation. He posted a $5,000 bond and was released from jail the same day.
• Abby Carruth, 43, was arrested Sept. 26 in the 600 block of E. Highway 199 and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B, 4-200 grams. She posted a $7,500 bond and was released from jail Oct. 13.
• Ernest Costelleso, 47, was arrested Sept. 26 in the 600 block of E. Highway 199 and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B, 4-200 grams. He posted a $7,500 bond and was released from jail Oct. 12.
• James Hebert, 44, was arrested Oct. 2 in the 400 block of S. Stewart Street and charged with driving while intoxicated. He posted a $1,500 bond and was released the following day.
• Allan Castellano-Ramos, 19, was arrested Oct. 6 in the 1000 block of Stribling Drive and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram. He posted a $7,500 bond and was released from jail Oct. 16.
• Jason Johnson, 54, was arrested Oct. 7 in the 100 block of Southeast Parkway and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than 1 gram. He posted a $500 bond for the first charge and a $1,500 bond for the second charge. He was released from jail the following day.
• Christopher Vondiezelski, 41, was arrested Oct. 10 in the 400 block of Boyd Court and charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair. He posted a $7,500 bond and was released from jail Oct. 13.
• Daniel Dickerson, 47, was arrested Oct. 10 in the 100 block of Southeast Parkway and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense. He posted a $1,500 bond and was released from jail Oct. 12.
