Reno hosts giant Easter egg hunt

On Saturday, April 12, the city of Reno hosted its annual Easter egg hunt from 1-3 p.m. at Reno Elementary School.

The event included activities such as a coloring contest, hot dogs, Easter-themed face painting and a cake walk for kids to win prizes. The Briar-Reno fire Department brought its trucks out and let kids put out a make-believe fire with the fire hose. The egg hunt was divided into three areas for different age groups —group one was for infants to kids age 4; group two was for ages 5-8; group three was for kids age 9 and older.
