Earlier today, June 4, around 4:30 p.m. a 3-year-old girl died after being pulled from Eagle Mountain Lake. According to a press release from the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office, the drowning took place near West Bay Marina on Liberty School Tap Road. Two civilians performed CPR on the girl in an attempt to save her life. First responders brought her to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office and Tarrant County Criminal Investigators have not yet released subsequent information on this case.
