The Criminal Investigations Division of the Parker County Sheriff’s Office arrested an individual Friday, June 6, 2025, linked to an investigation into a capital murder investigation involving a pregnant woman.
Parker County Sheriff Russ Authier said the case also involves the suspect tampering with evidence in the months-long investigation.
The victim reported that her boyfriend intentionally added “Plan C,” (commonly known as the abortion drug) to her drink to force her to have an abortion without her knowledge or consent.
