Hiring of Reno city administrator tabled for future meeting

For two-and-a-half years, Reno has been without a city administrator. For many communities, an administrator or city manager works to turn a city council’s vision for its community into a reality.

This week, the city was set to fill the role but the action was ultimately postponed by its council.

Everything from implementing policies, advising the council, handling finances and managing personnel falls into this official’s purview.
