Azle works through early tests against Arlington Sam Houston, Boswell
The Azle Hornets officially kicked off the 2025 football season Friday night with a round of scrimmages at Hornet Field, taking on Arlington Sam Houston and Boswell High School.
The Hornet varsity and junior varsity squads squared off against Arlington, while the freshman team battled Boswell. Head coach Devon Dorris said the evening provided the right mix of preparation and evaluation.
