Two city of Azle employees were recognized for their long careers in service to the community. Executive assistant for the Azle Police Department Elsie Ann Plaunty celebrated 25 years of employment while Lt.
Steve Lemming was recognized for three decades with the Azle Fire Department.
Both individuals showed up dressed in their best to receive a plaque from city officials.
