Azle drops district opener despite strong offensive numbers
Coming off their bye week, the Azle Hornets took the field Friday, Sept. 19 at the C.H. Collins Athletic Complex to face the Denton Broncos in their district opener.
Despite dominating in several statistical categories, turnovers proved costly as the Broncos pulled away for a 35-23 win.
