With two bonds on the November ballot for Parker County District Attorney Jeff Swain didn’t waste any time informing voters of the ins and outs of this important election.
During the Springtown Chamber of Commerce luncheon Sept. 25, Swain broke each bond measure down separately: the jail expansion and the new justice center.
